BUYER DILIGENCE

Qualify the evidence, not the size of the supplier.

A public map of what buyers can verify, what remains protected, and what a program-level evidence package can contain.

STARTING POINT

The qualification path.

Evidence is scaled to the organization, product risk, customer requirement, and stage of the program.

01

Company review

Confirm entity, scope, contacts, commercial fit, and onboarding requirements.

02

Program definition

Control the part, revision, application, volume, destination, evidence, and approval criteria.

03

Source & part evidence

Review the factory and production evidence appropriate to the part and customer plan.

04

Controlled release

Approve changes, production, inspection, shipment, and exception handling in writing.

PUBLICLY VERIFIABLE

Available on this site.

  • Legal company name, Dallas office, phone, email, website, and service scope
  • Operating model, sourcing process, quote structure, and program responsibilities
  • Product-category scope, RFQ inputs, quality approach, and educational resources
  • Abstracted case metrics with calculation boundaries and limitations
CONTROLLED DILIGENCE

Shared only when applicable and authorized.

  • Tax, banking, insurance, and other vendor-onboarding records, when applicable
  • Claim-support calculations and source records for published RakSiam metrics
  • Factory, audit, sample, first-article, inspection, test, and corrective-action evidence for an authorized program
  • Commercial terms, pricing, tooling, route, customer, supplier, and drawing information
PROGRAM EVIDENCE

What a useful file can contain.

The exact package is agreed before award. Not every item applies to every part, and no document substitutes for the buyer’s approval responsibilities.

Requirement control

Drawing and revision, function, interfaces, critical features, packaging, approval criteria, and change rules.

Source fit

Manufacturing process, factory capability, tooling, sample status, volume economics, and identified exceptions.

Part approval

Buyer-defined samples, measurements, reports, photographs, material or test records, and disposition as required.

Production control

Inspection points, sampling or test plan, lot traceability, change notification, nonconformance, and corrective action.

Commercial evidence

Itemized quote assumptions, validity, Incoterm, origin, route, freight, classification, duty, fees, and one-time costs.

Shipment evidence

Packing, quantity, inspection status, shipping documents, and entry-support records appropriate to the program.

DOCUMENT HANDLING

Do not send restricted material through an open form.

Begin with the RFQ summary and identify which protected documents are required. RakSiam and the buyer can then agree confidentiality terms, authorized recipients, and an approved transfer method before exchanging sensitive records.

Do not send export-controlled, classified, banking, tax, personal, or otherwise restricted material through the public website or ordinary email unless the responsible parties have approved that channel.
