Trailer Axle & Running Gear RFQ Worksheet

A printable intake sheet for capacity, geometry, hub and brake configuration, suspension, documentation, volume, and delivery assumptions.

Use for idler or braked axle programs. A rated capacity by itself is not enough to create a comparable quote.

Approval cautions

  • The vehicle manufacturer is responsible for approving ratings, integration, installation, and the certified vehicle.
